Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is hiring an Install Associate to join its expanding team in Houston, Texas. The role supports Lead Installers in installing home remodeling products, setting up jobsites, and completing finish work.

Candidates should have 6+ months of remodeling or carpentry experience, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 75 lb. The position offers hourly pay starting at $20, with benefits and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Bath Installation or carpentry experience.
• 6+ months remodeling or construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Physically capable to work outside for extended periods.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• DOT Health Card.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Lift up to 75 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer in installing home remodeling products.
• Help set up jobsites per Lead Installer guidelines.
• Assist with cleanup to ensure a clean jobsite after installation.
• Apply finish work as needed for construction applications.
• Communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

• Assist the Lead Installer in Installing home remodeling products according to Renuity.
• Help Setup jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines
• Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after the installation is completed.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respects install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment.

What You 'll Bring:

• Bath Installation, or carpentry experience
• 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
• Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
• Must provide own hand tools
