Mount Franklin Food is seeking a Batch Roaster to operate the roasting area, mix and dump raw materials, and monitor process parameters to ensure quality. You will regulate oven temperatures, manage oil glazers and salters, and post product samples on shift changes.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment. Safety, food safety, and 5S discipline are essential, with cross-training in other departments as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs, and 50 lbs with assistance.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong math, reading, and basic computer skills.

Summary of JobAs a batch roaster you will be working in the Roasting area, mixing and dumping of raw materials into cooking basket. Using Method of Process established for the development of all products. Measures, weights and cook quantities of products according to batch requirements.
