Job summary

DrinkPAK, a premier beverage manufacturer in Santa Clarita, seeks a batching technician for night shift to ensure accurate ingredient mixing and timely production. You will document lot numbers, perform quality checks (Brix, pH, color), and collaborate with Quality on adjustments. The role requires forklift use and strict GMP adherence.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1–3 years in a similar position; Food or Beverage industry experience preferred.
  • 1 year of experience managing projects.
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or canning preferred.
  • Ability to visually inspect products and materials.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Precisely inspects, stages, weighs, and mixes ingredients according to the product recipes.
  • Pre-weighs blends and liquefies components for beverage preparation.
  • Documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations.
  • Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers (CIPs, foaming equipment, and hand brushing).
  • Operates electric forklift to load sugar, following all safety procedures.
  • Adheres to the highest standards of GMP and Food Safety Standards.
  • Maintains general housekeeping and quality in all warehouse areas; supports leadership needs.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
