Job summary

Oberto Snacks in Kent, WA is seeking a Raw Processor Batching Operator I for the 1st shift. You will operate multiple lines and ensure quality and timely production on an onsite manufacturing floor.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and readiness to support a fast-paced production team with proper safety practices and teamwork. Apply to join a historic meat snacks leader in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Lock-Out Tag-Out certified (OJT).
• Familiarity with HACCP (OJT).
• Other Food Safety, Quality, Technical, and Regulatory Training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure meat, dates, tape, labels, and other supplies are correct according to product specifications.
• Ensure efficient packaging by setting up workstations correctly and effectively.
• Demonstrate leadership by directing employees to assist others where needed on other lines or rework when machines are down.
• Perform product quality and QA checks to eliminate or reduce product waste or rework.
