Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform the daily functional activities of the batching operation according to the procedures established to meet production schedules by coordinating with the bagging, bulk loading, and plant operations
• Maintain high standards of quality and quantity control on all batched products to ensure that the proper amounts and types of ingredients are mixed correctly
• Correctly mix, blend and inert ingredients into the scale hopper using batcher equipment controls according to the desired analysis
• Accurately complete and submit the daily paperwork required for batching and production
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of the batching operation area and systems
