Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years' relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform the daily batching activities of the operation to meet production schedules by coordinating with bagging, bulk loading, and plant operations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and quantity control on all batched products to ensure proper amounts and types of ingredients are mixed correctly.
• Correctly mix, blend and inert ingredients into the scale hopper using batcher equipment controls according to the desired analysis.
• Accurately complete and submit the daily paperwork required for batching and production.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of the batching operation area and systems.
