Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is hiring a Pre-Weigh Technician to support production by accurately weighing raw materials and preparing batches according to recipes.

Based in Columbus, OH, you will pull and track materials, assist compounders, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Prior forklift experience is strongly preferred. A high attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using a computer for simple tasks and recordkeeping.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stay on your feet and work in a clean, active environment.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs. periodically.
• Comfortable working around powered equipment and sanitation chemicals.
• Experience in manufacturing, food service, or similar hands-on work is helpful—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh raw materials using pick lists.
• Pull, return, and track materials in their proper locations.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, compliant space.
• Perform visual checks and report any issues quickly.
• Support compounders and help keep production running smoothly.
• Complete basic records to keep everything organized and up to date.
