What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of the batch plant to ensure efficient and safe production.

• Directly supervise employees.

• Ensure plant employees adhere to high performance and safety standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly.

• Monitor inventory levels and report monthly.

• Operate Loader as required.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in an office environment however there will be times when the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
