Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking a reliable Asphalt Plant Operator to join our site team. You will operate and monitor plant equipment, perform routine inspections, and adjust systems to ensure safe, efficient production.

You will coordinate material flow and maintain daily logs, communicating issues promptly to keep production on track. The role requires adherence to safety practices, documentation standards, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
