Job summary

Glsstaffing in Richland County, SC is seeking a Batch Plant Operator to join our production team. You will operate and monitor batching and mixing equipment, measure and weigh raw materials, follow batch formulas and SOPs, and ensure production runs safely and efficiently.

You will monitor equipment performance, perform quality checks, maintain production records, load and unload materials, report malfunctions, keep a clean, organized work area, and collaborate with supervisors to meet daily
