Job Summary

We are seeking a candidate to operate our batch plant and place concrete safely and efficiently, ensuring quality production in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Dump mix from the tub into the pour bucket
• Operate overhead cranes for form placement
• Operate forklifts/loaders
• Weigh materials accurately, operate mixers, and deliver mixes promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 1+ years of industry experience
• Overhead crane experience preferred
• Basic math skills, including reading fractions and tape measures
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically
• Effective communication skills
