Job summary

Woodland Gourmet is hiring a Batch Mixer / Processing Operator in the United States to safely operate blending, processing and packaging equipment for dry powder foods. You will follow batch records, monitor quality data, and ensure GMP and HACCP compliance to prevent cross-contamination.

Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting equipment, performing changeovers, loading ingredients, and maintaining production documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating blending and packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP; HACCP knowledge preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and numerical skills; able to perform batch calculations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor blending, grinding and packaging equipment for dry food powders.
• Load raw ingredients and follow batch records accurately.
• Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to GMP/HACCP; report issues to supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
