Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years manufacturing/process experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Overtime and shift hours flexibility required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batches per production schedules and measure ingredients.
• Operate mixing machines and ensure proper blending.
• Label, sample for QC, and organize pallets.
• Maintain accurate records meeting quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and ensure safe workspace.
• Transfer materials and support production tasks.
