Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a Production Specialist to support daily production of Latin-inspired foods in a fast-paced facility. You will prepare ingredients and assist with production according to recipes and quality standards.

You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment, package finished goods, and maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation throughout the process. You will also complete batch documentation and collaborate with QA and warehouse teams.
