Job summary

Dorf Ketal Americas | North America is seeking a Blender to carry out blending operations by obtaining batch documentation, selecting correct ingredients, and adding them in precise quantities while safely operating mixers and other processing equipment.

The role supports our I Own It and Be THE Solution culture by following SOPs, HazMat and RCMS requirements, maintaining accurate batch records, and participating in monthly physical inventory.

Qualifications

• Understands batch documentation and SOPs.
• Able to mix and handle raw materials safely.
• Able to operate processing equipment including mixers, scales, meters, pumps and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and understand all documentation required for making batches.
• Ensure correct ingredients are used for each batch and added in predetermined quantities.
• Pump and pour chemicals into blend tanks according to batch requirements.
• Monitor raw material usage on each blend to confirm materials are added correctly with correct weights.
