Arc GLOW is seeking a Self-Determination Assistant in Batavia, NY to provide respite care on weekends. The role offers up to 12 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday, 11:00am-5:00pm) to support community engagement and pursue hobbies and interests.

A valid personal vehicle is required, and occasional travel to the Rochester and Buffalo areas may be necessary. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for ongoing scheduling based on need.
