Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Bastrop Site Expansion Manager to own strategic site planning and growth for the Bastrop campus. The role leads long-term infrastructure strategy as production scales, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in site planning or facilities management, strong communication, and experience navigating regulatory processes in Texas. Travel up to 10% may be required; ITAR compliance applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning.
• 5+ years of experience in site planning, facilities management, or infrastructure project management.
• Experience with long-term planning, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory navigation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master utility and facility sheet with stakeholder inputs.
• Develop and manage the master site plan forecasting multi-year growth.
• Drive land planning to optimize campus expansion and efficiency.
• Build relationships with local government officials, landowners, and partners.
• Work with Government Affairs to expedite regulatory approvals and remove blockers.
• Lead and project manage utility expansions from planning through delivery.
