Job summary

Paducah Tilghman High School in Paducah, KY seeks a Youth Sports Coordinator (Basketball) to support athletic/club activities district-wide. You will coordinate facility access, schedule activities, recruit and train volunteers, and maintain communication with program partners to meet district goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 64 college semester hours preferred.
• Experience working with K-12 students.
• Experience with program planning and implementation.
• Clerical and record-keeping skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access to school facilities for program use.
• Assist with program and activity scheduling and supervision.
• Recruit, train, and retain program volunteers.
• Maintain effective communication with program partners.
• Follow school policies, program plans, and applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Board of Education goals and directives.
• Work under supervision of Head Coaches and District Leadership.
• Document data and monitor progress toward program goals.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
