The role requires a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field, CSCS or CSCCA certification, CPR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, Physical Education, or related field.
  • 3+ years of collegiate or equivalent strength and conditioning experience.
  • CSCS or CSCCA certification.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams and student-athletes.
  • Develop annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly training plans aligned with competition schedules.
  • Modify training programs based on injury status and athlete needs.
  • Instruct proper exercise technique and weight room safety.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff, athletic trainers, nutrition staff, and performance team.
  • Monitor athlete readiness and maintain performance data and reports.
