Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Sports League Coordinator to ensure consistent execution of in-person and online management of LT Sport Leagues, including basketball, volleyball and soccer. The role involves setting up courts/fields, uploading game stats and photos, and overseeing third-party staff for league games.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Experience playing or coaching applicable sport (basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc)

Responsibilities

Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members in a friendly and professional manner
Performs court/field set-up prior to all games
Ensures game information, including statistics and photos, is uploaded to website promptly
Keeps games moving, maintains rules, and manages conflicts
Promotes LT Sport Leagues and Life Time programs
Ensures use of program supplies follows the department budget
Oversees and manages LT Sport League games and is present before/after scheduled times
Staffs and manages third-party workers (scoreboard operators, statisticians, referees)
Assists in tracking payroll for third party workers
Takes game photos of all LT Sport League games
