Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Sports Scoreboard Operator to support LT Sport leagues by operating scoreboards and tracking minutes for games such as basketball, soccer, and volleyball.

You will check in players, track stats, and assist with game prep while promoting LT Sport products and Life Time to members and guests. Excellent knowledge of game rules and scoreboard operation is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a scoreboard.
• General knowledge of basketball, soccer and volleyball rules.

Responsibilities

• Check in players and verify presence on official scoresheets.
• Track statistics on the scoreboard during games.
• Record minutes played for all players.
• Assist with game preparations and cleanup.
• Collaborate with League Coordinator to ensure member satisfaction.
• Promote LT Sport products and Life Time to members and guests.

Position Summary

The Sports Scoreboard Operator assists in the execution of LT Sport leagues by operating scoreboards and tracking minutes played for league games. LT Sport leagues may include but are not limited to basketball, volleyball and soccer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assures all players are checked in and present on official scoresheets
• Tracks all relevant statistics on the scoreboard during games
• Tracks minutes played for all players using assigned sheets
• Assists in game preparations and/or clean up as needed
• Works closely with League Coordinator to ensure member satisfaction
• Actively promotes LT Sport products and Life Time to members and non-members
• Articulates extensive knowledge of LT Sport and Life Time programs, products, services, policies and procedures to prospective and current members

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating a scoreboard
• General knowledge of applicable game rules (basketball, soccer, volleyball)

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.00 and pays up to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.
