Qualifications

• Master's degree in human movement science, biomechanics, engineering, biomedical engineering, or ergonomics.
• Proven track record leading a scientific research team.
• Experience applying science to footwear or product development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct a portfolio of research projects for Basketball footwear, managing internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct research to discover insights to improve performance or prevent injuries.
• Apply research insights across NSRL and Footwear Product teams to create innovative Basketball footwear.
