Job Description

Embark on a rewarding journey with our team as a Pool Bartender. As a key player in our vibrant establishment, you will serve drinks, curate heartfelt moments, create flavors, and be the heartbeat of our social haven.

• Assist guests with beverage and drink preparation, service of the bar area, and the restaurant efficiently and promptly.
• Engage with guests about their needs and satisfaction with beverages to ensure high-quality, caring service.
• Be knowledgeable about the drink offerings on the menu and standard drinks to help guests choose based on their preferences.
• Comply with Stanly Ranch's / Forbes standards within the Bar and Restaurant outlets.
• Contribute to increasing F&B sales by being knowledgeable about drinks, cocktails, spirits, menu items, specials, and prices.
• Accurately take and input orders into the Micros system, ensuring proper timing and billing.
• Prepare guest checks accurately and handle payments or signatures as required.
• Operate, maintain, and clean all bar equipment and fittings properly.
• Keep the bar well-stocked at all times.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Seasonal: Job ends around October 31st.
• Rate: $20.00 + tips.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience at a luxury property is a plus.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Professional appearance, good character, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Relevant certifications such as food handler or alcohol training may be required.
