Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Full time; hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, and 8am-5pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays. 40 hours a week.

Location: Opportunities and Centers in Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ormond Beach, and Port Orange offices

• Our urgent care clinics are open 7 days a week and treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions.
• We are equipped with x-ray, prescription, and lab services.
• Centra Care offers an affordable alternative to the emergency room for urgent conditions like broken bones, infections, allergies, stomach problems, and pediatric concerns.

The role you’ll contribute:

Reporting to the Practice Manager and under the supervision of Providers, the X-Ray Technician cares for patients and performs various activities, including laboratory testing and radiographic exams. Adheres to state, federal, and organizational guidelines to ensure quality care and patient safety, with support from the Clinical Excellence team. Maintains organization and facilitates patient flow, actively participates in customer service, and respects all relationships.

• Performs radiological examinations and clerical duties, processes laboratory specimens, including venipuncture, handling, labeling, and tracking results
• Documents all procedures and assessments clearly and accurately per department policy
• Assesses patients during clinical check-in, records medical information and vital signs, and monitors for signs of abuse or neglect
• Completes orders and follow-up assessments, responds to clinical emergencies and triage situations
