Job summary

Everforth ECS is hiring a Basic Financial Analyst to support government programs with financial execution, reporting, and reconciliation responsibilities. Basic Financial Analyst | ECS
The Tone:

This is a full-time hybrid role at Everforth ECS, requiring a minimum of three business days onsite at the Dahlgren, VA customer site. In this role, you will provide crucial financial support that powers mission-critical outcomes, strengthens technology partnerships, and creates meaningful opportunities, specifically by ensuring the accurate and timely management of financial execution for vital government programs.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Prepare funding documents using the DAI Finance & Accounting System.
  • Maintain an accounting log, tracking the status of all funding documents.
  • Conduct financial execution record keeping, analysis, and generate financial and DAR-Q reports.
  • Reconcile DAI/1002 status, unliquidated obligations (ULOs), and resolve unmatched disbursements (UMDs).
  • Manage the year-end close out of expiring funds and resolve DAI/PRIDE system errors, including document issues, status inaccuracies, and help desk tickets.
