Job summary

Lamunyon Foundation Repair is seeking installers in Clay Center, Kansas, to waterproof basements and repair foundations in customers’ homes. Competitive wages offered, with advancement based on proven performance.

Responsibilities include installing waterproofing systems, piers, support posts and wall anchors, taking photos, following safety guidelines, maintaining vehicles and equipment, and participating in daily meetings and on-the-job trainings to grow skills.

Qualifications

• Concrete experience preferred but training provided.
• Basic math and writing skills.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently and with a team.
• Leadership skills and ambition to advance to foreman.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing systems, piers, support posts, and wall anchors in customers' homes.
• Take pictures and document progress.
• Follow safety guidelines per Industry Standards.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment.
• Attend daily production meetings for updates.
• Participate in on-the-job training and seminars to expand skills.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and management.
• Complete paid training.
