Baseball Tournament Supervisor

The Baseball Tournament Supervisor will manage all operations at ASSA baseball tournaments. This will include supervising a staff of interns who will directly manage individual games while you will oversee the entire tournament.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee 3-5 baseball fields during a tournament, ensuring games are running promptly
• Supervise a staff of interns who will paint fields, administer rules, & provide live updates
• Handling customer service issues with umpires, coaches, and staff members
• Responding to any injuries that require first-aid assistance
• Documenting the games to provide to the participants and the league executives

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in baseball as a player, coach, etc.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Knowledge or experience around the game of baseball
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet for extended periods
