Job summary
Wichita Wind Surge and Minnesota Twins are seeking a Coach, Strength & Conditioning to design and implement holistic performance programs for Minor League athletes in Wichita. You will work across performance disciplines to maximize player potential and support development at the professional baseball level.
The role requires NSCA-certified strength and conditioning professionals with a focus on movement mechanics, conditioning sciences, and collaborative education, including evening/weekend
Qualifications
- CSCS certification through NSCA in good standing.
- BA or BS in Sports Management, Sports Coaching, Exercise Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Strength & Conditioning Program in Professional Baseball, Collegiate or a private setting.
- CPR/AED certification in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement holistic performance programs for Minor League athletes.
- Collaborate with medical, nutrition, psychology, and performance science staff.
- Lead player development and ongoing education initiatives.
- Design off-season strength and conditioning plans and remote options.
- Integrate movement assessments and new technologies in conditioning.
- Support team culture and align with organizational strategy.
