The role collaborates with Field, Medical, Baseball Sciences, Nutrition, and Mental Performance to implement integrated training across all affiliates.

The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading large staffs while communicating effectively with athletes

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field required.
• CSCS and RSCC certifications required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience coaching in NCAA or professional environment preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and develop the minor league Strength and Conditioning staff.
• Coordinate staff assignments for Spring Training, regular season, and off-season.
• Implement and supervise S&C programming at all minor league affiliates.
• Travel regularly to affiliates and the Dominican Republic academy.
• Collaborate with Nutrition and Baseball Sciences to integrate training and monitoring technologies.
• Communicate goals and progress with athletes and stakeholders.
• Lead continuing education and professional development for staff.
• Maintain gym and equipment to professional standards at all sites.
• Assist coaches with load management and schedule optimization.
• Participate in staff meetings and internal performance audits.
