EKU Careers on the Richmond Campus seeks a Director of Player Development Baseball to oversee day-to-day player development plans and assist the Head Coach with weekly training schedules. This part-time staff role includes managing ARMS data for NCAA compliance and coordinating data collection for analytics.

Responsibilities include handling compliance paperwork, practice setup, film work, and travel itineraries, with other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Qualifications

• Coordinate day-to-day individual player development plans.
• Assist Head Coach in planning weekly training schedules.
• Log Countable Athletics Related Activities in ARMS for NCAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• 40% - Compliance/Business Office Paperwork. - (Essential)
• 30% - Practice/Film/Set up and breakdown. - (Essential)
• 20% - Weekly schedules practice and team travel itineraries. - (Essential)
• 10% - Other duties assigned by Head Coach. - (Essential)
