Job Summary

The baseball coach will serve as an instructor in a hands‑on role that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sports Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Use established platforms to communicate game day information to players and parents.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends (for the full duration of the season, 7 weeks).
