Job Description Highlights:

Reports To: Lead Baseball Instructor

Location: Wixom, MI

Role Scope & Requirements:

We are seeking an individual capable of leading both individual player development and team development. The Baseball EA should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally. This position reports to the Baseball Manager and is responsible for ensuring guests have a great experience at TOCA, maintaining cleanliness of all fields and facility property.

Job Functions:

• Assist with tournament and game operations, including:
• Collection of gate fees
• Setting up home run fencing
• Using Tourney Machine / Daysmart to input scores and schedules
• Controlling lighting as needed
• Coordinating with umpires for game balls, scores, and schedules
• Adjusting pitching mounds and bases
• Removing trash and debris from fields
• Field grooming, maintenance, fencing repairs, and hitting cage upkeep
• Rock removal and weed control
