Qualifications

• One year of coaching experience at the high school or higher level.
• Graduate student or internship experience acceptable for up to one year of the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit quality prospective student-athletes and ensure timely submission of academic records.
• Plan coaching and practice sessions in accordance with NJCAA and conference regulations.
• Coach team members, demonstrating game techniques and managing designated skill development areas.
• Develop and recommend game strategy and position assignments.
• Monitor purchase of uniforms, equipment, and supplies, managing expense control.
• Coordinate with the Athletic Director on recruiting and team travel planning.
