Responsibilities

Supports the Head Coach in conducting the athletic program of that particular sport and the total athletic program.
Loyal to the coach and to the team; adapt to the overall pattern set by the Head Coach.
Assists the Head Coach in a manner which will be most beneficial to the entire program.
Assumes the responsibility for the development and guidance of a specific team within the total program as assigned by the Head Coach.
Attends all meetings requested by the Athletic Administrator or Head Coach.
Covers scouting trips requested by the Head Coach.
Assists the Head Coach in checking in all equipment at the end of the season.
Assumes Head Coach duties in their absence.
Abides by the Athletic Department policies and operating procedures.
Performs other coaching-related duties as directed by the Head Coach, Athletic Administrator or Principal.
