Job summary

Rolling Meadows High School seeks an Assistant Baseball Coach to support the Head Coach in all phases of the program and to assist in long-term development and coordination of play at all levels. The role includes promoting the program in public relations with the athletic department, school, boosters and community.

The candidate should hold ISBE or ASEP certification and have coaching experience at any level, with a preference for Varsity-level coordination and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• ISBE or ASEP certification.
• Coaching experience at any level, or coordinating experience at Varsity level preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in all phases of the Baseball program.
• Support athletic department and school administration.
• Coordinate long-term development and organization of play at all levels.
• Represent the program in public relations with community, boosters and officials.
• Attend clinics, staff meetings, summer camps and off-season programs.
• Promote multisport participation.
