Global Medical Response seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to oversee base pilots, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company operations manuals. The role partners with the Program Director to keep the base efficient, safe, and economical, directing schedules, flight planning, and staff coaching.

Qualified candidates bring extensive flight hours, rotorcraft certifications, and supervisory experience; a strong safety culture and excellent weather judgment are essential.

Formación

• 2000 hours total flight time, 1500 hours helicopter time, 1000 hours helicopter PIC, 500 hours turbine, 100 hours night unaided or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous HAA experience or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of experience as a Pilot with a GMR company.
• Previous supervisory experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and coordinates pilot duty schedules with the Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Coordinates with the Program Director on flight planning and mission support resources.
• Conducts local area orientations for new hire pilots at the base.
• Coordinates aviation activities for public relations events.
• Reviews and submits monthly flight/duty logs for base pilots.
• Monitors pilots and assists in day-to-day flight and administrative issues.
• Submits payroll grids to the Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Operates aircraft safely, complying with Rotorcraft Flight Manual.
• Monitors weather forecast changes and conditions.
• Conducts preflight of aircraft and notes discrepancies with maintenance notification.
