EMI Services, a subsidiary of TechFlow, is seeking an HVAC General Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems at Marine Corp Base Camp Lejeune. The role requires practical skill, safety awareness, and the ability to follow maintenance checklists.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and hands-on maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of safety codes and PPE use.
• Able to prioritize tasks and follow checklists.
• EPA license required when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Record maintenance type and costs of repairs.
• Lubricate shafts and gears; clean equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect drives and belts; replace filters and fluids as needed.
• Order parts and equipment; maintain HVAC equipment.
• Follow safety and building codes; ensure 50 lb lifting capability.
