Job summary

EMI Services seeks a Project Manager to lead facilities maintenance operations at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia. The PM will act as the primary EMI representative to the Government, guiding day-to-day contract performance and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role provides leadership to multiple trades, oversees scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, and coordinates with Government officials, subcontractors, and EMI teams to maintain service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or equivalent experience with related certifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities maintenance operations across Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.
• Coordinate multiple trade shops, supervise field personnel, and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Plan, schedule, budget, and monitor work to meet performance standards.
• Maintain relationships with Government representatives, subcontractors, and EMI personnel.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and tools for uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality control compliance.
