Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of prior vehicle engine calibration experience
• Fundamental knowledge of internal combustion engines and powertrain calibration
• Working knowledge of calibration tools (INCA / ATI), emissions regulations, and powertrain technologies
• Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA
• Calibration process knowledge using design of experiments and advanced optimization techniques
• Proficient in advanced simulation tools
• Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop Base Engine calibration for assigned powertrain modules
• Perform Dyno testing and fine‑tune the calibrations as needed
• Assist in developing and executing Base Engine test scripts
• Develop the prototype models to fix Base Engine validation issues as part of root cause analysis

Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
