Qualifications

• Strong BAS/DDC technical background and HVAC systems experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience in growing ops
• Experience with BAS programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project management
• Familiarity with BACnet/building automation networks
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build and scale a Nashville operation

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and growth of the Nashville location
• Serve as technical resource for BAS/DDC projects and system integration
• Support projects from startup through commissioning and turnover
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and customer expectations
• Work with customers, mechanical contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Assist with estimating, planning, proposals, and identifying opportunities
• Help establish processes and best practices for the Nashville operation
• Support and develop the hiring and training of team members
• Maintain project quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Collaborate with leadership to execute long-term growth strategy
