University Hospitals Trust in Oklahoma City seeks a Building Automation Technician Level 2 to install programs, troubleshoot advanced control systems, HVAC networks, and energy management equipment across hospital facilities.

Under supervision, you will commission systems, optimize energy efficiency, maintain CMMS records, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors during project startup. This full-time role supports healthcare operations and energy performance.

Competenze

• 2–4 years in building automation or HVAC controls.
• Associate degree or equivalent in electromechanical field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pneumatics, electrical systems, BACnet.
• CAD and BAS software proficiency.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair complex BAS hardware and DDC systems.
• Modify HVAC sequences and commission new automation equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on sensors, actuators, and VFDs.
• Analyze energy data to identify efficiency measures.
• Document changes and firmware updates in CMMS.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on projects.
