The Role
We’re looking for an Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, drawings, and documentation to define scope and timelines
- Develop and manage project schedules and implementation plans
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
- Manage subcontractors and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and safety standards
- Track project progress, costs, and resources; identify change order opportunities
- Oversee billing, cost control, and financial performance of projects
- Prepare project documentation including proposals, scopes, and close-out packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management within electrical, HVAC, BMS/BAS, construction, or critical facilities
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical diagrams
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project financials
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willingness to travel to job sites (up to 50%)
Preferred
- Associate’s or Engineering degree in a relevant field
