You will program DDC systems, assist with field startup and commissioning, revise sequences of operation, and troubleshoot controls issues while coordinating with seasoned programmers and integrators. Qualifications

• Experience with service, retrofit, and ground-up controls projects.
• Program DDC systems and assist with field startup and commissioning.
• Revise sequences of operation and troubleshoot controls issues.
• Create applications using existing libraries or fully custom logic.
• Independently manage field tasks and project deliverables.
• Perform third-party integrations (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.).
• Set up alarms, trends, graphics, and user interfaces.

A leading Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled Programmer/Technician to support projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. This position features a blend of 80% field work and 20% remote or office work and is open to both Union and Non-Union professionals.

Position Overview:

• Status: Union or Non-Union
• Work Type: 80% Field / 20% Remote or Office
• Compensation: $80,000–$140,000 (DOE) + Overtime
