Job summary

Southwest Electrical Contracting Services LLC (SWECS) is seeking a motivated BAS Installer to join our EMCS division. The role focuses on installing Building Automation Systems and EMCS in commercial facilities, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BAS installation or electrical trade, OSHA 10-Hour certification, and the ability to read ME P plans and EMCS drawings. Strong reliability and transportation are required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BAS installation or electrical trade.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP plans and EMCS drawings.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to site policies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, raceways, wiring, and EMCS devices.
• Install control panels, sensors, actuators, and BAS components.
• Read and follow project drawings, specs, and installation documents.
• Adhere to SWECS safety policies and site requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Complete work within project schedules while maintaining quality.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and report concerns promptly.
