Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Systems Software Engineer to lead programming, graphics development, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) on diverse projects. You will create custom databases, troubleshoot networks, and coordinate field activities while preparing documentation and user training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience.
• HVAC controls engineering and/or programming experience.
• Familiarity with BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, Daikin, or other.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming, graphics development, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) on a wide range of projects.
• Create custom databases and troubleshoot networks for BAS deployments.
• Coordinate field activities, document work, and provide end-user training.

As a Systems Software Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for leading the programming, graphics development, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) on a wide range of projects. This hands-on role involves everything from creating custom databases and troubleshooting networks to field coordination, documentation, and end-user training.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
• HVAC controls engineering and/or programming experience
• Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, Daikin, or other
  

NICE TO HAVE:

• Tridium Niagara experience and/or certification
• GUI experience with hardware to support LonWorks, BACnet, and Modbus
• DDC Controls experience
• Automated Logic or Distech experience
