Job summary

Conti LLC is a premier provider of building automation, controls, and energy solutions across the Midwest. We seek a motivated Tech Programmer to support commercial BAS projects in Southeast Michigan and Northern Ohio, collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, Electricians, and customers to commission and startup systems.

The role welcomes candidates with 2–3 years of BAS experience, while strong entry-level or senior technicians are considered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Building Automation, Controls, HVAC Controls, Commissioning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret control drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Program, startup, commission, and troubleshoot BAS.
• Configure and integrate HVAC controls, field devices, controllers, and BAS equipment.
• Download, adjust, and verify control programs provided by engineering teams.
• Validate system functionality and ensure performance meets project requirements.
• Attend site visits and coordinate with project teams and customers.
