Capitol Mechanical, Inc. is hiring a Controls Technician - Level I to support BAS projects. You will assist with installation, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning and service, and perform low voltage wiring work per project plans.

The role requires reading mechanical plans, strong communication, and the ability to work solo or as part of a team in diverse environments, from construction sites to office spaces. Training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Building Automation is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to lift and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Install, start-up, troubleshoot, commission, and service BAS.
• Low voltage wire pull installation and termination.
• Read and understand mechanical plans and wiring diagrams.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Work in environments from construction sites to tenant occupied spaces.
