Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in building automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or five years of industry experience.
2. Exceptional electrical and mechanical understanding.
3. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
4. Competence in MS Office, Windows, and VISIO. Familiarity with TCP/IP and web navigation is advantageous.
5. Must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
6. Valid driver's license required.
7. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and process improvement.
9. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
10. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
