Job summary

Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking a Console Operator to serve as the central communications and monitoring hub for Facilities Maintenance operations in Williamsburg, VA. You will monitor BAS across multiple platforms, respond to alarms, and support maintenance staff through remote diagnostics and data interpretation.

You will also manage work orders, coordinate with technicians, maintain key control, and participate in emergency operations as essential staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BAS and HVAC systems across facilities.
• Analyze BAS data and respond to alarms; troubleshoot remotely when possible.
• Create and manage work orders; dispatch personnel and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and update shift logs; ensure documentation is accurate.
