Job summary

Rosati’s Pizza - Centennial is seeking a bartender/server to deliver friendly, guest-focused service in a busy restaurant environment. You will handle drinks, take orders, and support a clean, welcoming bar and dining area.

We value hospitality and teamwork; must be 21+, able to work weekends, and bring 2+ years of bartending and serving experience with Safe Serve certification. Franchised location hiring decisions are made locally.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Able to work all shift including weekends.
• Must have at least 2 years experience as a bartender and server.
• Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Must have Safe Serve.
• Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, days, including some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a friendly manner; attending to the needs of each individual
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons following standard recipes
• Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment, and making correct change for guests
• Request identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine
• Clean glassware and stock bar with the appropriate amount of glasses
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned
